Chelsea Morgan is a top-producing Florida Realtor and the founder of The Chelsea Group, partnered with OaksFeather Realty. A resident of North Florida for over 30 years, Chelsea has over six years of transaction experience specializing in rural real estate, country homes, river properties, and acreage. She serves clients across Perry, Mayo, Lake City, Taylor County, Madison County and surrounding areas. Known for her down-to-earth approach and strong work ethic, Chelsea has closed over $50 million dollars in career sales volume across roughly 155 transactions. She leverages deep expertise in local zoning and contract negotiations to offer an honest, client-first experience from the initial consultation to the closing table.

Shannon Wirick Jr. is a dedicated and highly responsive Florida Realtor specializing in residential, land, and coastal real estate across North Florida and the Nature Coast.
